Nik Wakkebda will try to set a world record Wednesday by riding a bike on a high wire at the Prudenital Center in Newark, N.J.
He will give the stunt a test run in Rockefelelr Plaza on Tuesday's "Today." He will teach the "Today" cast about walkign on a high wire. I'm betitng Ann Curry will have the most luck.
Nik, who is 29, is trying for records of long distance and greatest heigth with the bike act. He will be 12 stories about the street wtihout a net. He is part of the seventh generation of the Great Wallendas.
NBC's "Today" airs at 7 a.m. weekdays on WESH-Channel 2.
