The sword of Totsuka has the ability to seal anyone who is pierced in a genjutsu world for eternity and is the ultimate counter to the sword of Kusanagi. Orochimaru and his snakes disappear and Itachi claims that it is the end of the line for Sasuke. Orochimaru laughs at this asking Itachi if he thought that that was enough to stop him but Orochimaru soon realizes that he was stabbed by the sword of Totsuka which he had been searching for all his life. Itachi’s sword of Totsuka starts off by revealing that Susano’o was the final jutsu awoke with Tsukuyomi and Amatersu
